HAIRLEGANT COLLECTION practices our no refund policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. IT IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW TO RESELL USED HAIR, SO WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY HAIR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE LEFT THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR THAT LOOKS TO BE WORN OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, please email us photos of the unworn items within 48 hours of receiving the item. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you the next steps on how to return your items and begin the exchange process.
Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will be accepted or granted a refund. Any packages sent to us without prior approval will not be returned to sender.
Any order returned due to the customer adding the incorrect address will not be refunded or mailed back out without customer paying the additional shipping and handling costs.
If you input any incorrect shipping information, we are not responsible, please make sure to triple check any and all of your shipping information before submitting your payment.
We take returns and charge backs very seriously. If you attempt to defraud our company, expect criminal charges and a civil suit to follow.
